Dukes is a 30 year-old respiratory therapist. His wellness goals is to get healthier now to avoid future issues, lose weight and lower his cholesterol level.
He changed his diet about two years ago and lost 40 pounds. Moved to Memphis, got off his healthy schedule. He works nights at the hospital, which means three 12 hour shifts of 7 p.m. and 7 a.m. Many night shift workers feel their schedule is a barrier to their wellness and health.
